Staff can monitor occupancy and room utilization at a glance, and if you accept reservations, Space Tracker makes it easy for patrons to view availability and submit requests for study rooms, meeting rooms, and other collaborative spaces.

If you charge fees, Space Tracker can automatically bill for reservations based on hourly rates or a flat fee.
